菇菇燉飯~~~

材料:約4人份
冬蝦........................約1匙
薑母..........................2-3片
豬梅花肉(切丁塊).............約半碗
乾香菇(切方形).................約3-5朵
杏鮑菇.(切片.方形).......................約2大根
柳松菇//鴻喜菇........................一小把

白米...2杯....洗好加水2杯.......放入電鍋內鍋備用....

調味料:
醬油膏2匙....胡椒..少許...香油...少許..鹽巴..少許...

做法:
1.上列材料洗淨.切好備妥.......
2.約2-3匙油炒冬蝦.薑母片.香菇片...炒香...再放肉塊..炒一下下...再放杏鮑菇片.鴻喜菇.炒一下下..
加醬油膏..和水2~3匙炒一下下...都炒熟了...再放胡椒粉.香油..不夠鹹再放少許鹽........
3....把剛炒好的料....放入洗好的白米內拌好料...即可入電鍋煮了......等電鍋煮好即可.
